The Bosch CN/SOI team is responsible for managing the cross-domain technology strategy for Bosch BBM China with Key Customers. The team coordinates cross domain innovation activities and maintains a common view between Bosch divisions aligned to customer product development cycle plans. The team is also involved in preselling activities and the engagement of external partners.

The responsibility of the Sales Innovation Manager role is to coordinate and align cross-domain inputs from multiple internal and external stakeholders to map Key customers’ vehicle and technology roadmap, with a focus on intelligent systems and software-defined vehicles. The role also involves using inputs to develop innovation use cases for the changing requirements of the customer, including how the various domain areas link back to the BBM Tech Stack.

Responsibilities/岗位职责:

Drives innovation and cross-divisional development activities throughout pre-selling and acquisition phaseUnderstands customer innovation strategy and business models and aligns with BBM product and service portfolio to strengthen customer-focus in BBM innovation strategy, with a focus on intelligent systems and software-defined vehicles.Coordinates high-level customer meetings on technical roadmaps and innovations.Leads cross-GB subjects and cross-selling at the customer with support of respective Domains.Responsible for customer relationship management in the area of innovation and systems across Domains

在售前和项目获取阶段,推动创新并协调跨部门协同开发,确保项目顺利推进。深入了解客户的创新战略,结合博世的产品和服务组合,制定客户导向的创新解决方案,特别是在智能化系统创新和软件定义汽车领域。组织并协调高层客户会议,聚焦技术发展方向和创新议题,推动双方合作。在各业务部门的支持下,主导跨业务单元的合作项目,提升业务协同效应。负责跨业务领域的创新与客户关系管理,维护并深化客户合作。

Qualifications

Qualifications/任职要求

Bachelor’s degree or above, technical engineering background> 5 years’ experience from engineering, innovation management, product management. Expert level of technical know-how (products and service) in both domain-specific and cross-domain with regards to current and future technologies & trends, including experience in intelligent systems innovation and software-defined vehicles.Loves to be at the customer onsite and speaks its language. Expert in understanding customer needs & customer processes to derive customer strategy.Future-oriented, eager to learn about new things. Strong learning ability and initiative.Ability to work in an international team environment.

任职要求:

本科及以上学历,技术工程背景优先5年以上工程、创新管理或产品管理相关经验,熟悉当前及未来的技术趋势,具备智能化系统创新和软件定义汽车领域经验。善于与客户沟通,能够深入客户端,精准把握客户需求与业务流程,并据此制定有效的客户战略。具备前瞻性思维,乐于接受新事物,学习能力强,工作积极主动。具备国际化团队协作经验,能够适应多元文化的工作环境。
