Job Overview

As a Sales Partner Director, SkyTab Recruitment at Shift4, you will play a crucial role in expanding our partner ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new resellers, and other strategic partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to Shift4’s growth by enhancing our referral pipelines and increasing our market presence across the food and Beverage vertical. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our partners are fully aligned with Shift4’s goals and are set up for long-term success. 

The ideal Sales Partner Director, SkyTab Recruitment for this role must come with a robust, pre-existing network of partners, particularly those with the potential to sell SkyTab POS effectively. This individual should already have established relationships within the industry, enabling them to immediately tap into a pool of resellers, and strategic partners. By leveraging these connections, the recruiter can accelerate the onboarding process and quickly contribute to driving sales and expanding Shift4’s market presence. Their ability to bring these relationships to the table will be crucial in ensuring a rapid and impactful growth of our partner ecosystem, particularly in promoting and selling SkyTab POS in the F&B vertical. 

Responsibilities Partner Recruitment: Identify and engage potential resellers, and strategic partners that align with Shift4’s objectives. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to expand our partner network across various industries. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing partners, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Shift4’s solutions can enhance their offerings. Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed in promoting and selling Shift4’s products and services. Market Expansion: Work closely with the Shift4 Partners team to identify new opportunities for partnership growth, including entry into new markets and verticals. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align partner recruitment strategies with Shift4’s overall business goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of partner recruitment initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership on the effectiveness of strategies and making data-driven adjustments as needed. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner recruitment, business development, or sales, with a focus on building and managing partner relationships, preferably in the payment processing, fintech, or technology industry. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in recruiting and onboarding high-value partners that drive business growth. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of payment processing, fintech, and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystems or related industries.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with partners at all levels. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute partner recruitment strategies that align with business goals and drive long-term success.
