Grow our soccer program by increasing enrollments, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our reach in the community.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding our youth soccer programs through proactive sales efforts and relationship-building. Key responsibilities include:

✅ Sales & Enrollment Growth – Drive sign-ups for Soccer Stars programs by engaging parents, schools, PTAs, and community organizations.

✅ Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and contact local schools, daycare centers, parks, and community programs to introduce our youth sports offerings.

✅ Business Development & Partnerships – Establish long-term relationships with schools, community centers, businesses, and parent organizations to create new opportunities for program expansion.

✅ Community Engagement & Events – Attend and host local events, represent Soccer Stars at school fairs, sports expos, and networking functions to generate leads.

✅ Social Media & Digital Sales – Utilize Facebook groups, local parenting forums, and digital marketing to boost awareness and attract more families.

✅ Sales Strategy & Reporting – Track sales metrics, provide insights, and continuously optimize your approach to maximize enrollment growth.
