We are now looking for a Sales Performance Manager, to join our newly created RBU (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Norway, Denmark, Sweden).
How can you contribute and have an impact?
Measure, control and report the customer orders, sales, market share and customer satisfaction performance of all the sales outletsDefine wholesale and allocation plan with dealersReport and forecast to Sales Manager, Sales Operations Manager and on key risks and opportunitiesCooperate with field staff (Corporate Sales Area Manager, Aftersales Performance Manager, Quality Performance Manager, Retail Marketing Consultant)Implement the commercial policy and action plans decided by the Nissan (RBU) (campaigns, stocks, demo and display cars program, CQ processes, communication)Follow up and coach dealer for local Marketing and Sales activitiesControl Customer Quality and Loyalty programs are fully implemented in all Sales outletsCoach and support the dealers for B2B/Small Fleet business performanceParticipate in product training and startup of new dealersWhat are we looking for:
Minimum 5 years professional experience preferably within the automotive industryExperience within an international, matrix organization is highly advantageousTravel to the extent necessary to perform the position dutiesStrong sales experienceHigher education at Bachelors’ levelDriver’s License as travel to a certain extent can be requiredMicrosoft Office tools and overall good PC skillsProficiency in English and Dutch is a mustFlexible, open-minded, accountableExcellent communication skillsTarget orientedProven negotiation skillsStrong sales backgroundMarket and Business IntelligenceNissan believes the power comes from the inside, the diversity and well-being of its employees is key to success.
