The Sales Performance Specialist will be the SPOC for business planning and monitoring across Retail Excellence, Sales, and Marketing with the following responsibilities:
build/improve the reporting tools. effectively monitor the most relevant business KPIs to drive sales and productivity.
He/She will report directly to the Retail Excellence Manager and will work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing Directors to deliver reports and insights to steer the business.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Improve business forecasting and monitoring process and tools together with Retail Excellence, Sales, and Marketing leaders. Monitor traffic and sales trends versus forecasts, keeping the Leadership team and the Field teams constantly updated and promptly highlighting any untapped opportunities or criticalities. Keep track and analyze the business KPIs across all funnels. He/She will work with marketing channel owners to improve performance tracking and forecasting, and with the Rex team to drive growth and productivity. Drive the transition from the local BI platforms into the new BI stack by co-designing and co-building the relevant dashboards for the Retail Excellence and Marketing teams. Perform the monthly calculation of sales incentives and commissions.
Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
3+ years of working experience on analyzing data and making recommendations and commercial decisions based on insights generated Proven experience in building reporting tools and dashboards. Work knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau visualization tools. Very strong Excel skills. Automation capabilities will be considered a plus. Previous experience in querying/managing BI platforms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields like Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Big Data, Marketing Analytics, etc

Critical thinking, strong analytical skills combined with a very good business acumen. Ability to turn data into actionable insights and draws conclusions. Ability to cross-check and combine information from a variety of sources. Good communication and cooperation skills to work in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Portuguese will be considered a plus. Constantly seeks ways to improve both own and business performance.
