Sales Planner Benelux

As Sales Planner Benelux, you will maintain accurate demand plans for the Institutional and Food & Beverage (F&B) segments across NL, BE, and Luxembourg. Acting as a bridge between the commercial and supply chain teams, you’ll ensure demand plans translate into timely production and stock availability.

You’ll lead or support large customer rollouts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide solutions during stock shortages to meet customer needs. The role combines operational planning with project coordination, requiring strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning: Create and update demand plans using tools like SalesForce, SAP, and Logility. Conduct regular reviews with sales and portfolio teams to ensure accuracy and address gaps.

Customer Rollouts: Co-lead project teams to ensure stock availability and technical readiness for major implementations.

Stock & Product Management: Resolve stock shortages by identifying alternatives and managing product transitions with portfolio marketing and supply chain teams.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize processes and drive business efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO), master’s preferred.

8-10 years of experience in demand or sales planning, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.

Proficiency in SalesForce, SAP, Logility, and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
