Sales Planner & Intelligence
Overview What can you expect? Strategicaly lead sales planning and intelligence for our Food business, encompassing Snacks and Quaker. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales plans across channels, customers, and distributors, while leading the implementation of sales intelligence tools and processes to enhance productivity and inform decision-making. Responsibilities We will count on you to: Drive sales planning and strategy for the Food business (Snacks and Quaker) across all channels, customer segments, and distributor networks. Lead the development of sales intelligence systems to enhance productivity and enable data-driven decision-making. Develop and execute sales strategies for Snacks and Quaker across all channels. Lead sales intelligence systems to drive data-driven decisions. Manage distributor networks and optimize channel performance. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. Guide the sales team and collaborate with stakeholder Qualifications What you need to have? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales planning, sales operations, or strategy, preferably within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) What makes you stand out? Ability to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals. Proficient in sales intelligence tools and analyzing market trends for decision-making. Strong skills in leading teams, mentoring, and aligning cross-functional efforts. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights.
