ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
The Sales Planning Executive (also referred to as an Ad Sales Planner) provides support for all aspects of the ad sales process. The successful candidate will have a team-player mentality and the ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines to fulfill client requests. The sales planning executive reports to the Manager, Cross Platform Planning & Account Management.
YOUR DAY-DAY:
Effectively create and revise Upfront and Scatter media plans that maximize revenue and inventory based on marketplace conditions and client needsWork closely with Sales, Pricing & Planning, and Traffic to ensure advertisers air as negotiatedManage deal tracks reflecting all options and changes on networksOversee Account stewardship to deliver buys across all TelevisaUnivision networks. Managing the liability and working with Sales Coordinators to book recaps as neededOwn and assist Finance with monthly billing reconciliationSupervise Sales Coordinators on all pre and post-sales support. Delegate responsibilities and train the Sales CoordinatorsService accounts by building and maintaining close communication with agency/client counter-parts as needed to provide excellent service at all timesYOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of Sales experience in related field or industry requiredPrevious advertising/media experienceExperience working with Ad Sales Traffic DepartmentsKnowledge of Dealmaker and/or WideOrbitMedia math skillsMust have excellent attention to detail and organizationELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
Base pay Range -$52,000 – 70,000 plus benefits
