Sales Planning Expert

The sales planning expert is responsible for supporting sales teams to achieve their targets by providing analytical and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor sales KPI to provide insights that support decision-making processes.Implement monthly targets of KPIs in BI.Prepare daily sales reports.Establish a routine for verifying the data collected from the sales team to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate for decision-making.Reconcile sales forecasts and actual sales reports to identify discrepancies and improve data integrity.Follow up sales and operations actions that have a direct impact on the sales teamControl and update the routes, JCP, and distributors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles within a sales organization.

Skills:

Familiar with sales fundamentals.Intermediate in Excel.Familiar with Power BI.Intermediate in English.
