We are seeking an experienced Sales Planning Manager to join our Outdoor Performance Global Commercial team. As the Sales Planning Analyst, you will prepare and communicate sales forecasts and strategic sales plans across all brands and sales channels. You will collaborate extensively with the sales team to gather input and market data and conduct research and analysis to support forecasts and plans. You will develop extensive knowledge of sales reporting and forecasting tools and assist in maintaining their accuracy and completeness.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Planning and Operations and is based out of our Bozeman, MT or Logan, UT offices.
As the Sales Planning Manager, you will have an opportunity to:
Collaborate extensively across the sales organization to develop monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term sales forecasts and plans. Develop processes, tools, and cadence of sales forecasting and planning exercises.Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve the accuracy, completeness, and useability of sales reporting across the platform of brands.Develop and maintain various sales forecasting models. Review and analyze current sales trends and their potential impact on current and future sales forecasts.Align and present sales forecasts to leadership and contribute to the finalization of financial forecasts and budgets. Support long-range strategic planning exercises. Build, validate, and maintain reporting to track progress against sales forecasts and plans.Investigate and implement integrated sales forecasting platforms and tools. Support overall sales reporting needs including providing management and sales team accurate and timely sales reporting and analytics.Support ad hoc sales reporting and sales forecasting requests and other sales operations functions as needed.You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Accounting, or similar field.Minimum 5 years of experience working in a sales environment.Experience developing sales forecasts and revenue models based on sales trends and analysis.Analysis of investment, cost, and margin trends while providing insight and recommendations for business decisions.Advanced skill level in various reporting tools (including PowerBI) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Macro’s, pivots, Power Query, SQL, Power Pivot), etc.You Might Have:

Annual Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
