Sales Planning Manager

Join us to create a career worth celebrating. **What about the role?** The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, forecastings and planning activities to drive revenue growth and achieve internal sales targets in full compliance with competition law rules. This role requires a deep understanding of the consumer trends, market dynamics as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. **What you will be doing?** + Annual&monthly demand planning by channel, brand and SKU + SIT Management + Discount budget management and analyses, align with commercial strategy in accordance with the competition law rules + Market share, stock share, distribution & opportunity analyses in accordance with the competition law rules + Innovation brands forecasting & pipeline planning + Managing all the field related processes in close communication with field teams + Mentor and manage a team of sales analysts and planners, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Teams, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to develop comprehensive sales plans that align with overall business goals. + Lead the sales forecasting process by utilizing historical data, market insights, and demand drivers to generate accurate sales forecasts for different product categories and regions. + Monitor actual sales performance against forecasts and analyze deviations to identify root causes and develop corrective actions. + Develop and implement pricing strategies (in accordance with the competition law rules ) that optimize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. + Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management. **What are we looking for?** + B.A. or B. Sc. degree or MBA + 5 years of experience in sales planning, forecasting, or strategic planning within the FMCG industry + Excellent command of English, high command of Microsoft programs (Especially Excel and PowerPoint) + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights + Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills + Result oriented and highly motivated approach with entrepreneurial drive + High interpersonal & communication skill + Strong leadership and coaching skills + Critical & proactive thinking + Data analyzing, Self-initiative + Critical thinking, Research-oriented **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
