At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. _The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team._ **The Sales Policy Management (SPM) team is responsible for developing sales policies that enable business growth and uphold ethical, customer-centric selling practices.** **The Senior Program Manager will oversee the design, implementation and enforcement of sales policies specifically related to LinkedIn’s Order-to-Cash workflows, and LinkedIn Sales and Talent Solutions.** **It offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team and act as a partner and advisor to senior leaders at LinkedIn ranging across sales, operations, finance, compensation, legal, and other cross-functional teams. The Senior Program Manager’s leadership on tactical & operational initiatives will help influence the growth trajectory of LinkedIn’s SaaS businesses.** **Responsibilities** **The Senior Program Manager will contribute to the design, implementation and enforcement of sales policies and workflows specifically related to LinkedIn Sales and Talent Solutions. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for the end-to-end resolution of cases related to LinkedIn’s contracting and billing policies, which requires a full understanding of the sales cycle and closer partnership with cross-functional teams.** **In addition to driving the enforcement of policies, the Senior Program Manager will also drive strategic projects/programs, in partnership with cross-functional teams. Projects may focus on, but will not be limited to: enhancing and scaling operational workflows; adapting sales policies to meet new Go-To-Market/commercial motions and/or drive revenue growth.** **This position reports to Manager, Sales Program Management. It is based in NAMER and is a hybrid role (no remote).** **Basic Qualifications:** + **5+ years of work experience in management consulting, operations, policy, compliance, legal or sales teams, or related experience** **Preferred Qualifications:** + **BA or BS degree in business, operations, related field, or equivalent work experience** + **Commitment to creating a fun, inclusive team culture** + **Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication** + **Strong executive presence and experience working with senior leadership** + **Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated via attention to detail, ability to understand nuanced situations, and reach thoughtful, evidence-based decisions** + **Experience collaborating cross-functionally and an ability to influence without authority to achieve common goals** + **Experience leading and managing projects and/or multiple workstreams within projects** + **Ability to prioritize and manage multiple bodies of work simultaneously** + **Ability to work autonomously, with a drive to seek out solutions and craft recommendations proactively** + **Understanding of the sales lifecycle and exposure to SaaS/technology industries** **Suggested Skills:** + **Communication** + **Project Management** + **Stakeholder Management** LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $93,000-$143,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
