**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Sales Pricing Proposal Coordinator is responsible for working close with sales and pricing to help in the bids and proposal process. Accountable for developing, communicating, and coordinating all aspects of a projects documentation and backup associated with quotes, proposals.
**YOUR IMPACT**
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
+ Manage all aspects of putting proposals together for sales teams
+ Work closely with Sales & Pricing teams to ensure accurate and timely proposals are submitted on time
+ Download proposal documents from websites and other sources
+ Set up new proposals and distribute to necessary personnel
+ Run weekly sales pricing meeting to coordinate pricing sales efforts
+ Coordinate requested SBE, WBE, MBE, DBE, SDB, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZONE BUSINESS content on all projects.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
+ Three (3) or more years of experience in pricing or in a related area.
**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate on all levels of the organization.
+ Analytical, critical thinking, attention to detail, communication and partnering skills to evaluate data and provide recommendations.
+ Proven analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
+ Project administration skills working with multiple priorities.
+ Prior experience working in, or with, a manufacturing industry.
**Pay Range:**
$63,500.00 - $101,700.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
