Summary of the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Principal Specialist to join our team, focusing on Hospitality On Property Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with experience in hotel operations and knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and other solutions (Delphi, HotSOS)

Main Responsibilities:

Demonstrate proficiency in technical knowledge to ensure the team performs at a high level. Recognized as a leader in the area, with the ability to train Specialists and Senior Specialists.

Understand how main business drivers impact the area, assess complex problems with broad impact, improve processes, recommend solutions, and develop risk mitigation plans. Communicate complex information effectively.

Work with a high level of autonomy based on management directions. Lead projects or contribute to broad cross-functional projects. May contribute to resource and budget planning.

Participate in the preparation of long-term plans (sales forecasts and solutions based on customer feedback) and define the sales plan.

Identify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with top-level executives.

Identify customers’ specific needs and submit business proposals.

Coordinate and participate in RFP/RFI responses and follow-up.

Promote and sell products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, events, and roadshows.

Deliver sales presentations to senior management and demonstrate products.

Manage negotiations to closure.

Actively participate in overall marketing activities and programs, contributing to marketing intelligence.

Perform market and competitor analysis. Act as an expert in the products, conduct demos, answer specific questions, and assist in the pricing process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in roles within hotels.

Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and other solutions like Delphi and HotSOS.

Fluency in English and Spanish.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with top-level executives.
