Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Development Specialist at ABB Oy, at Drives Products division in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. We are seeking a motivated professional for improving our order to cash process in SAP and other related systems. Your job is to drive an effective and efficient global sales and distribution process in close collaboration with internal and external experts to the benefit of our business stakeholders. In this position, you will be a member of a cross-functional team, which develops and maintains sales tools and systems starting from opportunity management to quotation management and pricing all the way to order management.You will be mainly accountable for:• Being the Business Process Specialist for the global sales and distribution (SD) processes• Collecting and defining development requirements together with business users.• Driving and coordinating the collaboration with subject matter experts in your functional area and with other business process experts• Drive harmonization and standardization of business processes across division• Developing and maintaining sales tools and systems starting from opportunity management to quotation management all the way to order management together with the team.• Creating training and user support material as well as giving trainings to end users.• User support and problem solving together with a team.

Qualifications for the role

A few years’ work experience in a relevant field, experience from international business is an advantage.Understanding of sales processes both in terms of IT requirements and the operational point of view.Project leadership skills and good interpersonal skills with people at different levels of the organization.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Finnish is an advantage.Knowledge from some order management system is a benefit. Advanced skills with office tools are required.Collaborative team player with an independent working style.
