Job Description

Provides process support in a sales office.

Responds to customer inquiries and acts as a liaison with product divisions, business centers and other internal entities to provide or gather information.

Work closely to sales force and sales director assisting them in the sales process and admin task.

This position requires:

Experience in public tenders in Spain is a must.

Familiarized with third party product processes (3PP)

Knowledge of Non-Standard clauses management

Internal orders management (MARS)

Customer questionaries for customer registration

Bank warranties management and recovery.

SAP CRM and SAP ECC experience at a level as to provide support to sales AM.

Support to sales in discounts tools (Example QUART)

Working experience in projects and capabilities to teamwork.

Assist AM and Sales director with systems reports.

Qualifications

Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typically at least 3-6 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration and management would be a high contribution.

English certificate at a minimum level of First Certificate.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
