Sales & Product Specialist Wound Care (Vilnius) Are you interested in Revolutionizing Care for People and Planet? If you are ready to challenge yourself in a new environment and have a real impact, Mölnlycke is now looking for Sales & Product Specialist Wound Care (m/f/d) who will be responsible for leading and developing commercial and educational efforts for the East of Lithuania . Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to: + identify, maintain network, and convince decision-makers in the open and hospital market + educate customers in the correct usage of our products to obtain increasing customer satisfaction and retention. + participate in congresses, workshops and symposia in order to act a professional speaking partner. + establish and develop case studies/evaluations in order to increase product awareness. Regional responsibility: Vilnius & East of Lithuania What you’ll need + University degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy or other medical related disciplines. + Comprehensive knowledge of the wound care industry, highly preferred. + Sales experience or commercial understanding. + Highly developed communication and presentations skills. + Depth knowledge of country healthcare landscape including reimbursement systems will be an advantage. + Experience in real world evidence generation (Case studies, surveys, QIP programs) will be an advantage. + Communicative knowledge of English – B2 level What you’ll get + permanent contract and real possibility to grow within the company (a ttractive career prospects); + net salary starting from €1700; + financial bonuses and perks (e.g. reimbursement for sports activities, medical treatment reimbursement ); + ever-changing work environment where you will get space for your ideas and you are encouraged to take challenges and grow; + open, friendly and fair working atmosphere.
