Your Key Responsibilities

Maintain close customer contacts

 

 Obtaining enquiries, orders from customer and co-ordinating with concerned

departments at Head Office in preparation of offers, order confirmation

 

Explaining and clarifying company’s capabilities in terms of price, delivery, etc. to

customers at the time of submission of offers, order confirmation.

 

To keep customers advised of progress in order execution. To reconcile order status

with the customers.

 

To reconcile accounts with customers regularly

 

To prepare monthly collection plans

 

To gather market intelligence (competitors’ activities, customers’ projects etc.) and to disseminate this information to all concerned

 

To assist Manager in preparation of sales forecast.

 

 

Reporting customer complaint along with preliminary report of the complaint to H. O. and following up for resolving the complaint effectively and expeditiously.

 

To identify proposal for new product and customer development.

 

 

To keep superiors and H.O. advised of customer’s opinion regarding company’s

products and services.

Your Qualifications

Engineering Graduates.  Formal education in Business Administration preferred.

About 5 - 12 years of Railway experience, preferably in marketing functions.
