Your Key Responsibilities Develop sales of Core & Non- core (New Automotive Aftermarket Products) products in allocated Regions by Channel appointment and motivating channel and team members to achieve the sales objective. Business planning, Credit control, & achieve target DSO for the region Co-ordinate with area managers for training and coaching, designing trade schemes, market penetration activities and executing brand building strategies Co-ordinate with Pricing & Marketing department to decide appropriate go-to market strategy. Manage administrative tasks for states being allocated Periodic sales review with regional sales team
Your Qualifications Formal prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education etc.) Automotive Channel Management experience is must. Communication skills need to be very good Preferably BE with MBA Candidate must have experience with at least few product lines from the list of Clutch, Bearings, Engine Components, Braking, Wipers, Filters, Clutch, Lubricants, and batteries. Very good understanding of Automotive parts and distribution network. 12 years of Aftermarket Experience is must with involvement in channel management and
marketing of Automotive Products
