Your Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development and acquisition as Customer Technical Manager
responsiblity for complex products for several BUs in the pre-acquisition to the acquisition phase which contribute to a future business development through solution approaches from system to components. in close coordination with the customer’s product development. She/He is thus the central contact person for advance development, development and program management at the customer.
She/He presents new developments and technologies to the customer, which contribute to a future business development through solution approaches from system to components. Addresses technical issues with the client and offers solution. He develops a profound network to the important interfaces with the customer and ensures that technical solutions are developed via the network that result in enquiries from customers. 
The CTM is responsible for the customer development plan which is mapped via a customer. She/He defines strategic key projects together with the GKAMs/BUs. 

Main tasks are: 
・ Responsibility for core Sales processes incl. Coordination of cost calculations (Question, RFQ, budget planning). 
・ Close collaboration with PM and KAM organization to secure future business opportunities engineering based sales.
・ Deep customer project involvement together with PM including the permanent tracking of the project profitability and definition of improvement measures in case of deviations. 
・ Pricing and cost structure knowledge based on strong product and process knowledge. 
・ Regional view on cost reduction measures, material price levels and competition. 
・ Customer and market intelligence (Future customer strategy E-Mobility roadmaps). 
・ Consequent Won/Lost analysis incl. Consequences for Business Strategy in Japan.

2. Project Manager
Achieve on spec, on time, on budget and divisional target as project manager. Scope project is Advanced Engineering and/or Mass production in E-Mobility for J-OEM world wide
 

Your Qualifications

Education and Experience 
・ University degree, ideally with a technical background (e.g. mechanical/electrical engineering, business administration and engineering), or experience in similar sales / KAM position. 
・ Process orientation and adherence. 
・ At least 2 years of experience in sales, key account or project management/application engineering, ideally experience in the automotive business. 
・ Strong sales and communicative personality ( communication in the matrix, strong network). 
・ Strong communication skills incl. Business English skills. 
・ Willingness to travel and work in international teams.
