Your Key Responsibilities
Sales support:
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Assist in managing the sales pipeline by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and preparing sales materials. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, and generate reports to provide insights on sales activities. Maintain the CRM system, ensuring all customer data is up-to-date and accurate.
Marketing support:
Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that support sales objectives. Help defining marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media content, and newsletters. Lead market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning Coordinate/Support marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches, to enhance brand visibility.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts in CRM. Generate reports on marketing campaigns, sales performance, and customer feedback. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize marketing strategies and improve sales processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to align goals and strategies. Communicate regularly with teams to ensure alignment on current projects and objectives. Support other related tasks as needed, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration. Your Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally in a support function. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages would be an advantage Proficiency with CRM software Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
