Your Key Responsibilities

As a member of Schaeffler Smart Maintenance Tools Sales team, you will:

Carry out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives for an assigned market segment (territory, sector, defined customers or product line).  Contribute to the budget planning process and plan own revenues and customer prospects for the assigned market segment. Understand product strategy and consult clients on product applications and variances. Analyze market trends and report on technologies, customers, and competitors. Develop and maintain customer relationships and establish acquisition and negotiation boundaries with VLS. Align with cross-functional teams and contribute to budget planning. Prepare, conduct, and close negotiations on product, quantities, and pricing. Monitor and report sales performance metrics for improvement. Your Qualifications MBO-4 or higher, preferably in the field of mechanics or electronics 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar technical trading environment Knowledge of relevant sales methods and techniques, pricing structure etc. Knowledge of Exact and/or SAP and Salesforce is preferrable Knowledge and understanding of the English language in both written and verbal Knowledge and understanding of the Dutch language in both written and verbal Knowledge and understanding of the German language in both written and verbal is preferred Willingness to travel in Benelux region for business purposes Communicative, independent, teamplayer, open to work in multicultural environment, result oriented, actively seeking new opportunities and challenges
