Why We Have This Role

\nThis role was created to support the Global Proposal Team in our effort to respond to client’s questions quickly and effectively in a compelling and persuasive way. This role saves the Proposals Team significant time and effort in the initial stages of the Proposals response process and sets everyone up for success!\n

How You’ll Find Success

\n\nUndergraduate degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant  majors\n1-2 years of experience in proposals, proposal development, content creation, cybersecurity or IT quality assurance\nStrong writing skills, technical writing skills preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel\nExpert level spoken and written English capabilities\nEffective communication, project management and deadline management skills\nBusiness Spanish communication capabilities\nPortuguese fluency preferred  \n\n

How You’ll Grow

The skills one gains in proposals can be applied in various business roles outside of our team. Proposals specialists on our team have gone on to Marketing, Strategy, Sales and more. Proposal Managers have to gain significant technical expertise, legal prowess, technical writing, project management expertise, and more. The role provides initial development in these skillsets and then we encourage everyone on the team to focus on their areas of interest to further develop in an effort towards their future career goals.

Things You’ll Do

\n\nAdministrative duties for incoming Proposal project\nBuild compliant outlines for RFPs/RFIs\nWork with the proposal team to support the sales team with client-facing, written communications\nCollaborate with subject matter experts across the company to answer niche questions from specialized teams\nSupport Proposal Managers in the set up and legal aspects of RFPs\nAnswering security and technical questions catered directly to that client’s needs in a compliant fashion.\nAudit requests for proposals and initial set-up for the proposals team\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\n1-2 years of experience in technical writing, administration, or project management\nExpert-level written and spoken English communication capabilities\nBusiness Spanish communication capabilities \n\n
