Sales Recruiter
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Recruiter in the Payroll Services industry, located in ROCHESTER, New York, United States. This role will be hybrid, combining both on-site and remote work. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing candidates with experience in various positions within the organization. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract potential new hires • Ensure all job vacancies are posted internally and externally and manage the application routing process • Build and maintain relationships with various sourcing contacts including placement offices, contract employment agencies, and outreach programs • Project a detail oriented image of the company through effective communication to attract suitable candidates • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews, referring candidates with experience in for further interviews • Oversee and conduct reference checks, keep candidates informed about the status of their application, and extend employment offers where appropriate • Conduct orientation for new hires and on-boarding calls for new supervisors to ensure a smooth transition into the company • Liaise with hiring managers and candidates about the status of open positions and ensure the recruiting process is followed • Respond to inquiries from associates, field recruiting, and applicants about staffing activities and career opportunities • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to evaluate the effectiveness of interviewing strategies and discuss staffing issues • Lead and participate in special projects as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Deep understanding and experience with Hiring Processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Ability to effectively manage relationships with Vendors and serve as a Liaison between the company and external parties. • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interaction with potential hires, team members, and management. • Experience with Staffing, including creating and posting Advertisements for open positions. • Familiarity with Company Policy and ability to ensure compliance in all recruiting activities. • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and processes, with the ability to discern the best candidate for the role. • Ability to Lead Special Projects related to recruitment and staffing as required. • Experience with Placement of candidates in a timely and efficient manner. • Strong abilities in Sourcing, using both traditional and innovative methods to attract potential candidates. • Thorough understanding of Recruiting Processes, from initial sourcing to final placement. • Ability to conduct thorough Reference Checks and manage the Selection Process effectively. • Capacity to exercise Independent Judgment in the evaluation and selection of potential candidates. • Experience with Source Strategy, including the ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. • Familiarity with AB Testing, using data to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
