About the Role

Responsible for fulfilling the workforce needs of their assigned Division/Area.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Establish rapport and build professional relationships with different stakeholders (hiring managers, applicants, etc.).

Conduct end to end recruitment activities for entry-level/junior sales positions.

Source for and conduct initial interviews for senior sales positions.

Ensures that Recruitment Trackers and related reports are accurate and updated in a timely manner.

Ensures that applicants have accomplished Workday-related tasks in connection to their job application.

Other tasks that may be required from time to time to ensure the fulfillment of the team's deliverables.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related courseWith at least 1 year of experience in a similar roleExperience in the volume hiring and fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.Willing to be assigned in BPI AIA Makati Head Office
