Sales Rep, Clearance

Purpose: Manage, sell to, and support Clearance Business 

 

Key Accountabilities:
    Support Sales Director & Key Account Rep in all aspects of the business including: creation of Clearance packages, sell-in, order integration & tracking, and reporting
    Update Clearance sales tools including inventory lists, internal & external package documents, sales tracking and order integration files, and external Customer recaps
    Execute Clearance channel reporting & analysis
    Process Customer pricing & PO’s for Account Operations submission
    Manage, track and resolve pricing discrepancies, order blocks, and credit issues
    Support Logistics inquiries from internal team & Customers (PO extensions, pull-forwards, shortages, etc)
    Support Sales Development processes & tools related to Clearance availability and pricing
    Assist in the organization and preparation of internal and external meetings, including scheduling meeting rooms, scheduling dinners, preparing agendas, creation of presentations and meeting recaps
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned Clearance accounts
    Develop strong working relationships with internal cross functional partners 

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
    Excellent computer skills including MS Excel/PowerPoint and ability to learn Power BI
    Retail math experience & understanding of retail terminology
    Self-motivated to take on and complete tasks with minimal supervision
    Strong written & verbal communication skills 
    Growth mindset with ambition to grow within organization
    Ability to portray a confident and winning attitude in challenging business interactions
    Ability to be in the Portland office minimum 3 days a week/not a remote position 

 

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience): 
    Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum one year of related experience and/or training 
    Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required 
    Ability to lift and carry samples and bags weighing up to 25 lbs.
