Make your mark in Distribution
AIG distribution teams help to find commercial solutions in different products including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.
How you will create an impact
+ Monthly follow-up of strategies with each line of business (bimonthly measurement to review results) and prospect management, Keeping the pipeline updated and filling the file with the recovery accounts by line of business.
+ Timely communication of our subscription appetite and differentiated value proposition during the different meetings with each broker
+ Salesforce: Keep updated the Intelligence Profile and Broker Plan of the brokers of the assigned portfolio to align our strategies to those of each broker, as well as identification of target portfolios. (Measurement to have the updated figures of each broker, top ten separated by each line of business)
+ Weekly review of the main accounts to be renewed, and main new business accounts, including review of the collection made, that is, having a monthly cancellation percentage of less than 5%.
+ Comply with the assigned training program on all platforms (such as Talent Connection) and/or face-to-face.
+ Manage all new and renewal business quote requests
+ Increase the satisfaction of our customers compared to the previous year (NPS)
+ Maintain and develop business relationship with appointed brokers and other related business partners
+ Identify prospects and major pipeline in LOB according to sales strategy and brokers segmentation
+ Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for brokers and external partners in line with company direction
+ Understand the company’s operation procedure and ensure the operation appropriately align with compliance
+ Company channel portfolio and market analysis and update insurers and insurance agents market info
What you’ll need to succeed
+ extensive experience in serving brokers.
+ good communication skills
+ have a broad sense of ownership of the relationship with clients.
+ suitability for the roles: technical skills (such as data analysis); soft skills (such as problem solving and coaching); and behaviors (such as team player and proactive).
+ management skills (organization, control, planning, execution)
