Overview
 

ISS STOXX seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Sales Reporting Associate under our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team. The role will be working closely with the sales business unit heads, sales support teams and other FP&A teams across the ISS STOXX global regions in providing periodic reports and analysis of sales and revenue performance.

The role supports the business unit heads in developing and maintaining sales performance metrics including business review, sales budget, operating targets, sales forecast, overdue renewals, sales leaderboards, pipeline analysis and KPI scorecards.

Responsibilities

Prepare the weekly pipeline and overdue renewals reports for the global sales teams.Create monthly sales and revenue reporting and forecasting packages.Assists in the annual sales budget and targets setting process.Summarize sales and run rate data, and prepare decks for each business unit’s monthly reviews.Provide support in system integration of new companies and other department initiatives.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.At least 3-5 years post education experience in finance, preferably in financial analysis or sales support.Excellent Excel skills required.Experience with Salesforce.com or any reporting tools (e.g. Power Query, Access, SQL, Power BI)Extremely organized, detail oriented and hard working.Highly motivated and able to work independently.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Excellent communication skills, outgoing and confident.Amenable in working in Makati City (Hybrid working arrangement)Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule.
