We are seeking a Sales Fleet Management & Business Development professional to join our team at ZF Aftermarket France. This role is crucial in supporting existing business and developing/executing customer strategies to capture future business potentials within the area of responsibility.
The Sales Fleet Management & Business Development team at ZF Aftermarket France is responsible for managing customer relationships and promoting the full range of products and services offered by the ZF Group. The team works closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Your Profile as Sales Representative:
Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field with solid product expertise At least 10 years of international experience in the automotive aftermarket business. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act entrepreneurially to drive business growth. Customer and Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of customer structures, market setup, and dynamics in the subregion/country. Deep understanding of the automotive and industrial business, including market trends and innovations. Strong regional networking skills and the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Natural authority and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others in a multicultural context.
