What You’ll Get to Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for inbound concrete and asphalt rubble in the construction and environmental markets.Build and maintain relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and concerns. Educate customers on product features, specifications, and advantages over competitors.Elevate existing customer relationships and target new business growth within the demolition and construction industry. Use technical skills to guide customers on our Revolve aggregates program.Manage the sales pipeline and orderbook to ensure accurate forecasting for the market. Develop and track outcomes on strategic action plans and pricing strategies to drive business development and pipeline development for other business lines like native and recycled aggregates, ready mix concrete, and asphalt.Communicate effectively with the Operations and Environmental teams to ensure production can meet customer demands.

Essential Experience and Skills

High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required.A post-secondary degree preferred.Proven track record with at least 3-5 years of high-energy, successful sales and marketing experience.Technical proficiency to understand and explain product specifications and applications.Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management and critical thinking.

Work Environment

This role is expected to be in the office, but mostly out in the market, visiting plants, customer offices, job sites, and prospecting future projects.Ability to operate a variety of office equipment and computer systems; visual acuity required to read, verify, and enter various data from documents related to the work.Travel within the greater Seattle area.Have a valid State Driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record and be capable of maintaining a clean and insurable driving record.
