We are looking for part time Sales Representative who will promote products, share knowledge an put their selling to the test when engaging with consumers. **Hourly Wage:** + $26/hour **Program locations/dates/schedule:** + https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LndG3gK-TdJbrPuaS-JeB3G0MBDTcyEkMw857I77WGo/edit?usp=sharing **Working Conditions** : + Primarily on-site in a retail environment, standing up to 10 hours per day + May require lifting of heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods. + Weekend and evening availability as needed for customer demand. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Customer Engagement** : Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing knowledgeable guidance on specific roadshow products. + **Product Expertise** : Demonstrate knowledge of roadshow products educating and illustrating key features and benefits to consumers. + **Consultative Selling** : Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs, lifestyle requirements, and budget, helping them make informed decisions. + **Sales Goals** : Meet and exceed roadshow sales goals and performance targets by effectively communicating product value and closing sales. + **Product Demonstrations** : Provide hands-on demonstrations highlighting key features, and product quality. + **Order Processing** : Guide customers through the order process, filling out the appropriate forms for smooth check out experience. + **Roadshow Display Setup & Teardown:** Work with store personnel to locate event materials in back area of warehouse and receive direction on where the display area is to be located.
