Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

Job Summary

A well-established company in Limoges, ON is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to help drive growth and manage relationships with contractors and commercial clients. This position involves promoting and selling a full range of building materials, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation abilities, product knowledge, and the ability to develop customized solutions for clients. This role works closely with internal teams to support seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and contractors

Promote and sell a full range of building and construction materials

Maintain an organized call log and prospecting list to drive business development

Stay informed on pricing structures, company policies, and market trends

Maintain regular communication with key clients to understand their evolving needs

Collaborate with the purchasing manager to negotiate special client pricing

Conduct daily check-ins with the VP of Operations to review account progress

Participate in continuous product training (e.g., lumber, construction materials)

Handle client concerns professionally to preserve and strengthen relationships

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven sales and negotiation success

Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities

Proficiency with sales software (e.g., Salesforce)

Detail-oriented, persuasive, resourceful, and self-driven

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

DEP and/or DEC in Sales or related field

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Bilingual (English and French preferred)

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle

Strong computer and CRM proficiency

Knowledge of construction materials or contractor industry (asset)

Working Conditions

Based in Limoges, ON

Travel required (company pays travel expenses)
