Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth across Aggregates and Hot Mix Asphalt product lines + Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share + Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products + Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategies + Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business planning and performance tracking **What Are We Looking For** + Proven ability to build trust and influence decision-makers in a competitive sales environment + Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset + Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing market conditions + Familiarity with construction materials or industrial sales is a plus + Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to continuous learning **Work Environment** This role involves a mix of field-based customer engagement, site visits, and office-based planning. Travel within the assigned territory is expected.
