IBP Of Miami is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Construction Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our construction products and services to potential clients in the Florida area.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold callingBuild and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers in the construction industryUnderstand customer needs and project requirements to provide tailored solutionsConduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and servicesPrepare detailed proposals, bids, and quotations in response to customer inquiriesEngage in price negotiations and contract discussions to secure sales and achieve revenue targetsStay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfactionMaintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Proven experience in construction sales or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong sales acumen and negotiation abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of construction products and servicesAbility to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutionsSelf-motivated and target-driven mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in CRM software and MS Office SuiteValid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
