We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through various communication channels, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our sales representatives. You will also assist in recruitment efforts for events.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to generate leads.
+ Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
+ Conduct follow-up calls and manage calendars to ensure timely meetings.
+ Assist in recruitment activities for company events by reaching out to potential candidates and scheduling interviews.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in CRM systems.
+ Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to optimize lead conversion and event participation.
+ Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
+ Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
+ Cold Calling Experience
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Goal-oriented and motivated by meeting and exceeding targets.
