Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:

Execute strategies in the territory in charge, conduct sales activities to customers, and aim to achieve the business plan; Understand and execute company policy, within the scope of calculation, by configuring the object and  assigning the source, configure the sales target and promote the sales target; Improve TS &HLD equipment installation and consumables in district through effective customer management; Effective management is based on the intent of the customer in the sales area, who manages the relevant sales channels. KPI configuration and management Ensure all activities are performed properly and provide regular policy updates and culture; Distributor management. Sales and promotion of rebate programs; Promote market growth. Cultivate key opinion leaders and academic societies and improve relationships. Event management such as seminars; Manage the sales budget , and the expense( like Claim handling);

Improve sales skills

It is possible to improve sales skills through understanding of the business process of large-scale equipment / consumables / services and communication with various stakeholders. TS market share in Japan is 90%

Minimum Requirements:

More than 5 years of sales experience National work possible Experience of a large budget business (50 million to 100 million yen or more)   PC skills Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook etc. Driver's license and driving experience Nice to have technical skills Presentation skills for large and small audiences Sales experience in the capital business is preferred.
