Pay range is based on experience from $12 to $15 per hour
The Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing the sale of products or services from beginning to end. This role is the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met. The Sales Representative should know their product or service inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Presents company products and services to sell
Establishes client relationships and resolves concerns
Critical and Essential Tasks
Presents, promotes and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments
Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improves through feedback
