Position Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to protect, develop, and expand business in both private and public markets with a strong focus on customer centricity. The goal is to grow market share while increasing access to healthcare solutions across the Central America and Caribbean region in a compliant and sustainable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual country budgets and KPIs. Maintain exemplary service for existing customers while fostering new relationships. Drive business development with private and public sector clients. Implement local marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities. Communicate the medical value and benefits of healthcare solutions effectively to customers. Manage customer relationships using CRM tools, ensuring timely delivery of monthly orders. Support tender processes and manage associated budgets within sales plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and business development teams. Execute marketing activities aligned with local or regional plans.Requirements:
Preferred degree in healthcare or a related field; technical degrees considered. Experience in sales or marketing within the healthcare industry, especially IVD products/analyzers. Proficiency in English and willingness to travel regularly. Flexible with working hours.Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with high-level decision-makers in healthcare. Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset. Effective in commercial negotiation and customer relations. Organized, disciplined, and aligned with strategic goals.
