Sales Representative
Implements and delivers the sales/business plan through acquiring and retaining accounts, and building and strengthening relationships in assigned markets, accounts or territories. Works on accounts that are relatively low risk/impact to business.

JOB SUMMARY

This position needs to promote JM formaldehyde catalyst and achieve the sale target assigned. Identify the opportunity, make proposals to assist on negotiation or negotiate with the authorization and guidance of Commercial Manager. Maintain and develop the relationship with assigned customers and provide supports through coordination with technical team. Assist to carry out the business plan and activities through the leading of commercial manager and collect the market information.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Promote JM formaldehyde catalyst and achieve the sale target assigned through leading of Commercial Manager;Identify the opportunity, make proposal including the tender preparation to assist on negotiation or negotiate with customers under the guidance of Commercial Manager;Assist to carry out the business plan and market activities through leading of Commercial Manager;Maintain and develop the relationship with assigned customers and provide supports through coordination with technical team;Collect market information and report regularly;Arrange loading/unloading services and follow-up the CRM system information update;Follow-up the catalyst delivery and collaborate cross functions on this;Proactively visit customers and prospects and complete the visit reports.

QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or above, in chemical engineering or chemistry or related.Minimum 5 year work experience in related industry.Experience in chemical industry and sales experience is a plus.Very good communication skills and commercial sense.Highly responsible, independent and reliableFluency in both English and Chinese
