We are currently seeking a sales representative who will be responsible for promoting all BECLS products, including lab automations, research flows, centrifuges and Cell Health business within your assigned region. This position is part of the sales team, located in Seoul, Korea. In this role, you will be responsible for: + Primarily driving the sales of lab automation products in the Korean market, with a focus on the research and pharmaceutical industries, while also actively promoting additional products including research flow systems, centrifuges and cell health products. + Achieving annual sales goals and managing sales forecasts, utilizing CRM (SFDC) system to handle all sales opportunities and implementing Danaher Business System to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. + Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers, expanding market coverage by engaging with targeted customer segments. + Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in the territory. + Monitoring market trends and competitors’ activities closely, developing and executing sales strategies to identify new opportunities. The essential requirements for the job include: + Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Biotech or Biologics related field. + 2+ Years sales experiences in the life sciences industry. + The ability to manage key accounts and sales opportunities in the assigned territory. + The ability to promote assigned products with strong sense of expertise in the company products. + Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Experience in lab automation sales, marketing or field applications. + Proficiency with the SFDC CRM system. + Experience working in multinational corporation (MNC).
