Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Vision Care Solutions Consulting and Sales Representative. In this role, you will responsible for providing consulting services to clients, with focus on optical solutions. Additionally, you will actively engage in field sales activities to promote and sell our vision are products. 

 Responsibilities:

Maintain and Develop Client Relationships:

Manage existing accounts and actively seek opportunities for new business in the sale of eyeglass lenses and optical equipment.Conduct consultations with optometrists and optical retailers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Territory Management:

Oversee and manage accounts in the designated area, ensuring a strong presence and fostering relationships with current clients.Identify and pursue potential new clients to expand the customer base.

Sales and Promotion:

Drive sales of new products, plan and execute promotional activities to enhance product visibility.Work on creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Consulting Services:

Provide optical consulting services to eye care professionals, assisting them in choosing the right products for their clientele.Conduct consultations with optical clinics and assist in optimizing their optical offerings.

Product Education:

Conduct training sessions on products related to eyewear and optical equipment, with a focus on the offerings from Vision Care Solution.Stay updated on the latest trends and features of Vision Care Solution.

Revenue Collection Management:

Monitor and manage the collection of sales revenue, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Qualification:
