We're Hiring for Two High-Impact Roles Outside Sales Representative This is a career opportunity to achieve at a high level while helping homeowners protect and improve their most significant investment: their homes. Your Impact + Guide homeowners through in-home consultations to provide customized solutions. + Use company-provided, pre-scheduled leads to reach motivated clients. + Exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Compensation + 100% commission-based with high performers earning $200k-$260k+ annually. Existing Customer Sales Representative As a trusted advisor, you'll help homeowners maintain and improve their current systems, protecting their homes for the future. Your Impact + Service existing systems in the home through detailed diagnostics and maintenance. + Conduct in-home consultations, providing recommendations for additional solutions. + Meet and surpass sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Compensation + Base hourly wage plus uncapped commission; top performers earn $130k-$190k annually. What We're Looking For For both roles, you'll bring: + 3-5 years of proven sales experience. + A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. + Willingness to travel as needed (dependent on role). + A passion for solving problems and helping others.
