Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish/English) to join their team in Camarillo, CA. This is a full-time, in-house position where you will engage with clients, close sales, and drive business growth all from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in person.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales.Identify customer needs and provide tailored product/service solutions.Meet and exceed sales goals through effective selling techniques.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish & English) – strong communication skills in both languages.Sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.Ability to handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations confidently.Strong organizational and time management skills.Comfortable working in an office environment with no travel required.

Perks & Benefits:
