About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team based in Murarrie, Brisbane. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role will focus on driving sales growth within our specification business. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, growing market share, and increasing sales margins within the commercial segment.

 

You’ll engage with our existing distributor network, major builders, architects, and key stakeholders, providing expert advice on our products and building strong, lasting relationships. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a mix of client interactions and structured planning to support long-term success.

 

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales and gross margin targets. Provide accurate specifications and schedules that adhere to all relevant building codes and compliance requirements. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Establish and maintain strategic business partnerships. Manage and grow commercial and specification-based accounts. Monitor competitor and customer activity, reporting relevant market intelligence.

 

About You

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused sales professional who is eager to grow and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in the architectural specification market is ideal, but if you have a strong background in Business Development or Account Management and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Have a strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving targets. Are proactive, relationship-driven, and strategic in your approach. Enjoy collaborating with clients and colleagues while maintaining strong organizational skills. Are eager to learn and develop product and industry knowledge.
