You will be part of a high-performing team of Sales and Service technicians, driving our market expansion in the UK and Ireland with our extensive range of advanced rehabilitation products. The last few years have seen significant growth for Permobil in the UK and Ireland, and we are excited to build on this momentum. Key Responsibilities + Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships while expanding the customer base in the Midlands / South West England territory. + Implement the sales strategy in the field and meet designated sales objectives. + Understand and exploit the available market potential to maximize sales of Permobil products within the designated territory. + Strategically plan sales activities within the territory to optimize sales opportunities. + Take complete accountability for managing dealer/customer accounts in the territory, offering consistent support through commercial meetings and facilitating collaboration between users, therapists, and dealers. + Promote Permobil products and services through various channels such as training sessions, participation in trade fairs, and engaging with key market influencers including therapists and case managers. + Possess a comprehensive understanding of all internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for dealers and users. + Regularly update CRM with activity and territory/customer action plans, leveraging it effectively to achieve sales targets. Your Profile + A minimum of three years' successful sales experience, preferably with technical products such as medical equipment or aids for people with disabilities. + Background in occupational therapy/physical therapy, healthcare education, or technical understanding. + Demonstrated experience in collaborating within cross-functional teams with a strong intercultural understanding. + Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office, CRM systems, and order handling systems. + Possession of a valid driver's license.
