Responsibilities Make an impact To develop and maintain long-term business relationships between KUKA and end-user customers. Sells robots, robot-related options (hardware/software/ mechanical components), robot spare parts, and related services (training, engineering support, on-site support, etc.). Explores further market opportunities from existing customers. Developing a close knowledge base and relationship with key decision-makers within the customers’ engineering, maintenance, purchasing and production groups. Represents KUKA professionally as part of the global holding company KUKA AG to improve and grow our business in the Country and Cluster. Identifies potential new accounts/customers and new market opportunities. Proactively performs on-site visits at existing KUKA customers. Effectively presents company products/services/structure to new and existing customers. Develops entire proposal package, including application concepts, project quotes, budgets, payback analysis, timing and change requirements, if required, in collaboration with account manager and CRM Centre team. Application Requirements What you need to succeed • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.E.E./B.S.C/B.S.M.E.) and robotic automation sales experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • CRM Software (Salesforce) experience. • KUKA SimPRO or equivalent simulation software is desired but not mandatory. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information and instructions to non-technical and technical individuals alike.
