Sciex is hiring a Field Sales Representative with responsibility for growth and expansion of direct sales in Denmark, with a primary focus on the range of Mass Spectrometry Instruments and related products. The main function for this role is to establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and to meet assigned targets for sales order booking and revenue. In this role you will maintain and develop customer relationships both short and long term, whilst developing strategic key accounts by leveraging strategic selling methods and bringing together internal resources and stakeholders. This role is fully remote and is ideally based out of the Copenhagen area, with frequent travel to customer sites in and around Denmark expected.
As an addition, the role may require up to 20% of travel outside Denmark, mainly in the regions of South of Sweden, and Norway.
Responsibilities:
Sales and revenue responsibility for assigned Mass Spectrometry product portfolio in the geographic territory Denmark in a manner that positively reflects the company imageProvision of reliable business forecast and relevant market information for the development of strategies for new and existing productsActive collaboration with service, support, customer services, marketing and finance to maximize area performanceSupport shape of sales strategies and GTM plans by gathering and analyzing customer needs and competitors approachesProvide sales information including business forecasts for the region, including all lost order reporting in the internal customer databaseRequirements:
University's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or equivalentExtensive technical and product knowledge of Mass Spectrometry and/or Chromatography techniques3 years proven track record of successful sales in related fields Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both in Danish and in English LanguageValid Driver's License and a willingness to travel to customer sites frequently (~50-60% of time in the field)Danaher
