Job Summary
Consult with government authorities/end users/public industries/utilities/partners to market MWM products and services and assist in the development of partners' sales capacity.
What You Will Do:
Advise partners on developing greater performance capability and market share growth; Provide guidance on opportunities in existing and potential customers and improvement measures within an industry.Assist partners with forecasting, sales strategy planning, and sales techniques.Support the launch of new products (e.g., products, spare parts, customer service agreements, other service products).Analyze and communicate the market and the competitive situation to MWM's Sales and Marketing departments and its partners.Analyze the application, configuration, and utilization of the product that provides the best solution for a customer.Assist partners with business planning within an industry.Create and promote programs that increase sales and maximize pricing.Continue to develop the required level of competence in the specified basic competencies and skills.What you have - Skills:
Customer Focus: This includes understanding and staying up-to-date on the market and the needs of clients/partners. The candidate acts as a sales liaison between partners, customers, and multiple MWM departments, indicating a focus on customer interaction and relationship management. They also need to understand how and why decisions are made by clients, demonstrating an understanding of the customer's perspective.
Industry Knowledge: This encompasses familiarity with consultative sales processes and the different regulations applicable to the generation of energy with gas engines using various fuels (Natural Gas, Sewage Gas, Landfill, etc.). The candidate is expected to be in contact with public entities and leaders, companies, and sectoral organizations that promote relevant projects, showcasing their industry network and understanding of the relevant sectors.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: This includes contributing to the identification, analysis, and monitoring of opportunities, as well as the materialization of contracts. The position involves performing complex analysis work and identifying and solving problems that are more strategic than tactical. Challenges include considering and recommending alternative courses of action and making timely decisions. Understanding how and why decisions are made within their work group and organization also falls under this category.
Effective Communications: This is directly addressed with the challenge of developing greater communication skills. The candidate's role as a sales liaison also heavily relies on effective communication across different stakeholders (partners, customers, and internal departments).
What you have – Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Advanced English.
Advanced Spanish.
Relevant industry landscape knowledge.
Ability to effectively address the needs of MWM, partners, and customers, with a focus on delivering value.
Openness to mentoring less experienced staff members.
Proactive approach to self-development and continuous learning, with a focus on improving communication, analytical, problem-solving, business, and leadership skills.
Flexibility for traveling (50-75% of time).
