**What You Can Expect**
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing assigned segmental sales ensuring market penetration in the individual segment and field implementation through sales initiatives and the marketing strategy.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Selling the dedicated product portfolio to clinics
+ Implementation of marketing and sales strategies
+ Customer care and new customer acquisition
+ Negotiating with doctors and clinic administrations
+ Strategic analysis of the sales territory (competitive analysis)
+ OR support and instruction in implant systems
+ Organization of training events (workshops)
+ Active participation in trade fairs and congresses
+ Carrying out annual inventories
+ Market observations in the area
+ Budget planning
+ Planning and documentation of customer visits in the CRM system provided by the company, including competition analysis and opportunity maintenance
+ Cooperative collaboration with all sales partners and recognition of cross-selling opportunities
**What Makes You Stand Out**
+ Degree in the medical field or relevant studies and/or many years of professional experience in a comparable sales role
+ Several years of sales activity in the field with proven success in a medical device company with a focus on surgery/orthopaedics
+ Knowledge of business administration
+ Medical knowledge and technical understanding
+ Good knowledge of the health policy environment (e.g. DRGs) and experience in the hospital business
+ Good IT user skills (MS Office package)
+ Good knowledge of English and German
