Sales Representative - Generalist

We are immediately hiring a Sales Representative Generalist in Toronto, Ontario Metro area - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you’ll do:

Cold calling, account management, presentation development, closing deals

Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders

Coordinate with appropriate Rental Center functions to prepare sales contracts, other documentation and/or collection for orders and projects.

Provide technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications related manuals.

Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan

Partnering with the operations and logistics teams project execution and completement

You’ll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

4-10 years of direct business to business sales experience

Knowledge of various industries in Industrial and Manufacturing industry

Demonstrated success in maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $4 million, highlighting strong sales capabilities 

Experience in effectively managing and expanding territories, indicating strategic planning and execution abilities 

Possess a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks, contributing to informed sales discussions 

Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)

Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business (Ops, Fleet, Logistics)
